Appointments & Office Hours
To schedule an appointment, please call us at (603) 421-9130 during regular office hours. We make every effort to accommodate patients requiring immediate orthopaedic treatment on the same day. Please call in advance for non-urgent appointments so that we may schedule a date and time to fit your convenience. We recommend that you schedule your next follow-up appointment at the conclusion of your office visit.
Please bring your health insurance card to your initial visit, as well as subsequent visits. If there is another third party involved, such as New Hampshire automobile insurance or workers’ compensation insurance, you will be asked to provide the name and claims address of the insurance carrier responsible for payment. In addition, please bring:
- a list of the medications you are taking
- a list of known drug allergies
- relevant medical records and reports
- recent imaging tests such as x-rays and MRIs
- referral from your primary care physician if necessary

Friday: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Cancellations
We call to confirm your appointment one business day prior to your planned visit. In the event that you must reschedule an appointment, please notify our office at least 24 hours in advance.
