Prescription Refill Policy

Prescription refills are best handled at your regularly scheduled office visit. During this time, we are able to review the proper dosages, as well as address any questions or concerns you may have. If it becomes necessary to refill your medications between appointments, please allow at least 24 hours for prescriptions to be phoned to pharmacies and at least 48 hours to process requests for written prescriptions.

After Hours Emergencies

If you experience a medical emergency, please dial 911 immediately.

If you have a non-emergent matter that requires advice after hours, please dial (603) 421-9130 to reach our 24 hour answering service. An operator will answer your call and page the covering physician.

Requesting Your Medical Records

Medical records are confidential. We will require your signed authorization to release your private healthcare information (PHI), when appropriate to do so.
